We do not offer refunds on any purchases made through Wisesteps.

This is because our offerings—both physical products and digital platform access—are part of a unified, non-returnable program that starts delivering value from the moment you join.

We encourage you to explore our demo videos, and product previews before placing an order.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

While refunds are not provided, individual components can be replaced that have clear manufacturing defects—such as printing errors, or faulty pieces.

Please note:

  • Only the defective item will be replaced, not the entire Wonder Box or full product kit.
  • Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of the Wisesteps team, based on internal quality review.

When Is a Replacement Possible?

If your Wonder Box or any physical item contains a manufacturing fault (e.g., torn pages, missing pieces, defective prints), you may request a replacement—subject to the following:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The issue must be clearly documented through photos or videos.
  • The issue must be related to manufacturing or packaging defects, not damages incurred through mishandling or usage.

📩 How to Raise a Replacement Request

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item:

  1. Fill out the Replacement Request Form with the following:
    • Your full name and order number
    • A short description of the issue
    • Clear photo/video evidence of the defect
    • Date of delivery
  2. Submit the completed form for review.

Once submitted, our quality assurance team will assess the claim and contact you with further instructions.
